Mid-Atlantic ICF has been building with Insulated concrete blocks since the product hit the shelves on the east coast, and to our knowledge we are the only full time ICF contractors in the Mid-Atlantic region. We have projects in VA., Pa., WV., and Maryland.
Mid-Atlantic ICF also offers Tech work, where we come to your job and help your workers erect an ICF structure. This service is for the contractor that has personnel to do the bull work but has never used the system.
Although ICF construction is our specialty, in this tough economy we sometimes go back to our roots and use the same craftsmanship and dependability to erect general and even Agricultural buildings.

There were alot of ground breaking products and methods involved Including the use of a logging type sling line to get blocks down the mountain, Fast Footing, a fabric footing method for uneven and rocky sites and Stone Shooters from Maryland, they bring gravel to the site and can shoot #57s 70 to 80 feet and lay them with unbelievable precision.
